In order to cancel a booking at the Abbey Hotel without incurring charges, you must cancel your rooms before 12:00pm (noon) 24 hours prior to your scheduled day of arrival. For all cancellations please contact our central reservations on 0844 800 9965 between 09:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday, should you wish to cancel out of these hours, please contact the hotel direct on 01795 872873.
We reserve the right to charge equivalent to the full value of your booking; such charges would be taken from the credit or debit card used to guarantee the booking.
